Tire Change During the Subscription – It’s That Easy!

The rule is simple: Tires are always changed around Easter and in October. An easy mnemonic to remember. Carvolution customers have it even easier: The Carvolution app reminds them of the tire change, and all they need to do is visit the nearest partner garage.

Summer and Winter Tires Including Storage

The all-inclusive subscription covers not only taxes and insurance but also a tire package with summer and winter tires. Carvolution also takes care of storage, saving you valuable space in your garage or basement!

Your tire partner is selected before your subscription even begins. You can check which partner garage is nearby here. Carvolution then sends the second set of tires directly to that location, so you only need to go in for the swap – the tires will already be there.

When it’s time for the change, here’s how it works:

1. Reminder via the App
   First, you will receive a notification via the app, reminding you to schedule an appointment for the tire change.
   
2. Scheduling an Appointment
   In the app, you’ll find the phone number and email address of your partner garage. You can either call them to arrange a suitable appointment or send an email.
   
3. At the Garage
   On the scheduled date, you arrive at the partner garage and present your Carvolution card. This way, the garage immediately knows you are a Carvolution customer.
   
4. Quick Tire Change
   After a short waiting time, you’ll have your car back with freshly changed tires for the season!

FAQs – Your Questions About Tire Changes

• Where is my partner garage?
  • The details of your partner garage will be sent to you by email right after you subscribe. You can also find all the information in the app during your subscription. If you would like to know your partner garage in advance, our team will be happy to assist you.
• Will my tires be replaced if they are heavily worn?
  • If the wear is normal, you won’t have to pay anything. However, we do recommend practicing your drifting skills with another car. If the damage is classified as "not normal wear," you will be responsible for the costs.
• Where are my tires stored?
  • Your tires are stored at the partner garage you have selected. This means you don’t have to worry about anything when you go in for your appointment and can save space at home.
• My rims got scratched – what now?
  • It’s understandable that rims may show some wear when returning the car. However, we kindly ask you to take care of them, as these costs can add up quickly upon return. A standard deductible of 300 CHF per rim applies. You can find our return standards here.
