Carvolution and Genesis create new customer experience for car subscription customers
With a Genesis car subscription, customers benefit from a free pick-up and drop-off service

Genesis Motor Switzerland AG and Carvolution, pioneer in the Swiss car subscription market, start a partnership. Carvolution expands its own car subscription offer with seven Genesis models and offers a free pick-up and delivery service in cooperation with Genesis, reflecting their customer promise "We Come To You". This saves customers valuable time.

Bannwil and Zurich, April, 2022 - "Your Genesis how you want it, where you want it" is the claim for the new collaboration. Carvolution is known for its simple, flexible and affordable car subscription, the alternative to traditional car buying and leasing. Genesis is known for its unique customer experience thanks to the Genesis Personal Assistants, who welcome customers as guests in the Genesis Studios at premium locations in city centers, as well as the sophistication of the cars. The collaboration is based on the shared belief that customers and their needs, and in particular their time - as the most valuable asset - must be at the center, in line with the Genesis motto "It's about time". That's why Carvolution not only includes seven Genesis models in its range, but also offers, in cooperation with Genesis, an additional convenience for car subscription customers who choose a Genesis model.

The added convenience - never again to a garage

Carvolution has already simplified the process for tyre changes, repairs and services compared to conventional solutions. For example, a damage report or the selection of the appropriate garage for the semi-annual tyre change happens directly in the app. No additional costs are charged for this, because all costs are already included in the car subscription. With the seven Genesis models that are now available on subscription, the service process has been simplified even further. The Genesis is picked up directly from the customer's front door, driven to the garage and returned. To make sure the mobility is ensured at any time, a spare Genesis car is made available for bridging. "At Carvolution, we have a very wide range of cars, ranging from small cars to premium SUVs. Many of our customers come to us because of the low and transparent costs. But there are also those who want maximum convenience. And it is precisely for these customers that we have been able to expand our offering together with Genesis," says Olivier Kofler, CEO of Carvolution, about the collaboration.

Test drives and expansion of direct sales

Interested parties can test drive the Genesis models directly in the first Swiss Genesis Studio in Zurich or contact Carvolution for an appointment. "In addition to direct sales, Carvolution allows us to reach a new target group with the car subscription. 7 models for every need

Seven different Genesis models are available in the car subscription: the G70 Sport Line gasoline, G70 Sport Line diesel, the G70 Shooting Brake, the GV70 Sport Line, the GV70 Luxury Line and the GV80 Luxury Line gasoline and diesel. The G70 Sport Line is a sedan, the GV70 Luxury Line, the GV70 Sport Line and the GV80 Luxury Line are SUVs and the G70 Shooting Brake is a station wagon. The Genesis models are available from as little as CHF 841 / month. All models have powerful engines, elegant interiors and futuristic exteriors. In addition, all seven models have assistance and safety systems that make the ride even more comfortable.
