End of the car subscription - What happens next?

When the minimum term of your contract has expired, you can extend the subscription, change the car or return it. The Carvolution car subscription is characterized by flexibility, also at the end of the minimum term. It is always worth contacting us in advance so that we can discuss the next steps. Extend your car subscription

You select the minimum term of your subscription at the beginning. As the name implies, this is the minimum duration of your subscription. The contract can only be terminated prematurely in exceptional cases. Once the minimum term has expired, there are two options for renewal.

1. Let the subscription continue: If you do not cancel your subscription at the end of the minimum term, it will simply continue at the same subscription price. You have the option of cancelling the contract every month from this point on. This gives you maximum flexibility.
   
   
2. Select a new minimum term: If you are sure that you want to continue the subscription for a certain period of time, you can adjust the minimum term and benefit from a lower subscription price from this point on. If, for example, you have chosen a 12-month subscription and at the end of these 12 months you extend your subscription by another 6 months, you will be charged the price for an 18-month subscription from the 13th month onwards. You can also decide to extend your subscription before the end of the minimum term.

Swap the car and renew the subscription

Have your needs changed and now you want a different car? No problem. After your minimum term has expired, you can simply change your car, configure a new subscription and start driving. We'll try to coordinate the handover of the new car with the return of the old one, so you'll always be mobile.

Returning the car

If you no longer want to drive the car, you can cancel the subscription at the end of the minimum term. We will arrange a return date with you. All returns take place at our premises in Bannwil. You can find out what you need to know and how the return process works here.

Buying a car

At the end of the duration of the subscription, the question often arises whether the car can be bought. Wherever possible, we will be happy to make you an offer to buy. Unfortunately, not every car can be purchased at the end of the subscription duration. You are welcome to contact us, and we will check this option for your car.
